Stemming from Bolton's strong links to the cotton trade, Bolton's museums have always had impressive Egyptology exhibits. In 2019, Bolton Museum set the bar amongst the nation's museums for historical exhibits, with the introduction of 'Bolton's Egypt.

Our project with Bolton Museum saw us storyboard, film and edit a promotional video to showcase their world-class 12,000 piece collection of ancient Egyptian items.
The video features interviews with Bolton Museum's Head of Service, Sam Elliott and Leach Studio's Nichola Ward, where they discuss the innovative ideas that brought their exhibit to life, including the unique illustrations and arched cases.
Since the launch in 2019, Bolton's Egypt has attracted visitors from around the world, along with locals and academics.
